SPRING 2025 Audition Excerpts

Chamber Choir and Concert Choir

Fall 2025 Auditions will include:

Basic vocalizing (assessing range, pitch, tone quality, etc.)
Aural recall - usually 3-4 examples increasing in difficulty
Sight-reading - singing your part on a piece we select using whichever method you're most comfortable with (solfege, neutral syllable, text, etc.)
You do not need a prepared piece

Improv play-along audio files: These audio files are accompaniment for students who wish to submit the improv portion of the jazz audition to be considered for combos (not mandatory for everyone auditioning).
