Notes About CSUMB Instrumentation: — All students who play brass or drumline are required to play on CSU-owned instruments. — The CSUMB does not march a front ensemble. — Woodwind players are required to provide their own instrument. We only march alto saxophones. We have piccolos available for rent but our inventory is very limited.

Uniform Sizes

To help us expedite the uniform assignment process, please indicate the following measurements. Write all measurements in inches.

Head Circumference*

Wrap garment measuring tape around the full circumference of your head (like a crown). The measuring tape should be placed slightly above the ears, and stay level when wrapping around the head.

Arm Length*

Measure from the top of the shoulder to the wrist.

Uniform Sizing Visual

Chest Measurement*

Wrap garment tape around the body at the fullest point in the chest, under the arms, with arms down and relaxed.

Waist Measurement*

Measure around the waist just below the belly button.

Hip Measurement*

Measure around the hips at the widest point.

Inseam Measurement*

Measure the length of your inside pant seam down to your ankle bone.

Outseam Measurement*

Measure the length of your outside pant seam from your waistline down to your ankle bone.
