The Percussion Ensemble at CSU presents a culminating concert from the annual CSU Percussion Festival, on Saturday, April 11 at 5 p.m. in the Instrumental Rehearsal Hall at the University Center for the Arts, located at 1400 Remington St.
Tickets are free but required and are available at the University Center for the Arts (UCA) ticket office in the UCA lobby Monday through Friday, 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. and 60 minutes prior to performances, by phone at 970-491-ARTS (2787), or online at www.CSUArtsTickets.com. Youth tickets must be purchased in person at the Ticket Office.
The culminating event of the Percussion Festival, the concert features the CSU Percussion Ensemble, conducted by Eric Hollenbeck, with special guests Keith Aleo and Marcus Santos.
During the day, high school percussion ensembles will be at CSU performing for faculty and guest clinicians in master class settings before performing the final concert.
Keith is currently the Director of Education and Orchestral Activities Worldwide at the Avedis Zildjian Company. He is also on the percussion faculty at the Boston Conservatory, University of CT and Director of Percussion at the Interlochen Arts Camp. keithaleo.com

Hollenbeck has performed with diverse performing organizations ranging from principal positions held in Fort Collins and Cheyenne Symphony Orchestras to appearances with the Alabama, Sinfonia De Camera, Chicago Civic, Tallahassee, Colorado, Columbus Symphony Orchestras, and as timpanist for the International Cathedral Music Festival, London, England.
