With fresh interpretations of the classical music canon mixed with works by 20th and 21st century composers, Borromeo delivers visionary performances. On the program are works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Charles Ives. The CSU string faculty joins the ensemble for an octet arrangement of Johanne Sebastian Bach’s motet “Sing to the Lord a New Song.”

Building on the foundation of the classical music tradition, but with a contemporary edge, the co-produced season features world-class performers and ensembles, performing at the University Center for the Arts and the Lincoln Center.
