Dr. Cayla Bellamy

Dr. Cayla Bellamy, CSU's bassoon professor, has been invited to give a concerto performance and a chamber recital at the 53rd annual International Double Reed Society conference. Dr. Bellamy will be joined by CSU music instructor, Dr. Megan Lanz, on the chamber recital that includes world premieres of commissions for flute and bassoon.

For 2024, the event is being held at Northern Arizona University on July 21-25. According to the organization's website, world-class artists and teachers from around the globe will come together at Kitt School of Music in Flagstaff, Arizona to present five days of performances, masterclasses and lectures in a gorgeous setting designed to inspire creativity and connection.
