CSU faculty member Tiffany Blake performs an evening of art song including Benjamin Britten’s stunning song cycle “On this Island,” with poetry by W.H. Auden. To enhance the audience’s understanding and enjoyment of the music, Dr. Blake will speak from the stage, explaining historical context and musical setting.
