This annual event brings together the finest high school musicians from the Rocky Mountain Region, selected from hundreds of applicants throughout the western United States. The three-day festival features guest conductors and clinicians from across the country and is capped off with a performance by the High School Honor Band, conducted by director of bands at the University of Oregon, Rodney Dorsey.
