A highly regarded novelist and short story writer, Ethan Canin’s work is the basis for four Holly-wood movies and has appeared in The New Yorker, The Atlantic Monthly, and Esquire. Canin is the F. Wendell Miller Professor of English at the Iowa Writers’ Workshop. Ethan Canin will read from his novel, A Doubter’s Almanac, and discuss creativity in writing as compared to musical creativity with Off the Hook Arts’ co-artistic director, author and composer Bruce Adolphe. Event includes a book signing.
