Percussion Camp

Overview

Percussion Camp for high school students includes instruction on how to successfully prepare and audition to become a collegiate music major. The workshop focuses on the four primary percussion instruments: Mallets (2 and 4 mallet), Timpani, Snare Drum, and Drum Set as well as insight on applications, scholarships, equipment, and skills in being a college student.

We will accept committed high school students, ages 14 and older.

Date: June 6-7, 2025
Session Times: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. daily
Cost: $150.00 (collected at the start of camp – cash or check only please)
Includes: T-shirt, clinic session handouts, and lunch each day

Optional: Students may sign up for private lessons during the camp (additional $30 per half hour paid directly to the lesson instructor)
Eligibility: We will accept committed high school students, ages 14-18.

APPLICATIONS DUE BY JUNE 1, 2025; space is limited to the first 20 applicants.
