Spring Spotlight on April 11, 2026

Due to CSU Athletics altering the format of this event, there will NOT be a full Marching Band present at the event. The lack of a normal game structure will not allow this event to be a true experience for what it is like to perform with the CSU Marching Band. Additionally, the earlier start time of the event compared to past years will not allow ample rehearsal time or dedicated opportunities to get to know other band members. Therefore, we are unable to offer the band extravaganza experience to current high school students this year.

All are still welcome to attend the Spring Spotlight as spectators! The event is FREE and open to the public at Canvas Stadium from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. More information about the schedule for the day is linked here.

There will be a pep band of current CSU students present during parts of the scrimmage, so there will still be an opportunity to hear CSUMB tunes from the audience.
