Scholarships and graduate teaching assistantships are available for each academic year. Assistantships provide a stipend for teaching and/or performance duties assigned by the School and include a tuition remission for both in-state and out-of-state tuition (excluding fees). Please note that out-of-state tuition is paid for the first year of the position; GTAs are expected to obtain resident status after one year. All graduate teaching assistantships are for the academic year and are renewable for a second year.
The deadline to apply for financial aid is Nov. 15 for the spring semester and Feb. 15 for fall semester.
The deadline for the graduate assistantship application is Feb. 15.
Western Regional Graduate Program
The Master of Music (M.M.), Music Therapy Specialization is part of the Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP) exchange, which offers select graduate programs at the resident tuition rate to qualified non-resident students.
