The Wind Symphony continues their season performing Spanish and Latin works in preparation for their premiere international trip to Spain in March 2025. Under the baton of Dr. Rebecca Phillips, the dazzling and energetic music of Spanish and Latin American composers comes to life on a program featuring Luis Serrano Alarcón’s Spanish Dances, Daniel Freiberg’s Latin American Chronicles for Jazz Clarinet and Wind Ensemble with faculty artist Wesley Ferreira, and Dennis Llinás’ Un Cafecito.
