After two years, one of the most exciting nights on the calendar returns — our annual concerto competition. Three competitors from across CSU Music compete for the coveted title. Also on the program is Johannes Brahms’ Symphony No. 1.
Student competitors include:
- Natalie Morris performing Clarinet Concerto No.2 in E-flat major, Op.74 by Carl Maria von Weber (Mvts. 2 and 3)
- Becky Needham performing Avner Dorman’s Piccolo Concerto
- Jialin Wu performing Robert Schumann’s Piano Concerto in A minor, Op. 54

- Masks are required for all patrons regardless of age in all areas of the UCA.
- Please observe social distancing of 6′ between other patrons in all areas of the UCA.
- Concert programs are available in a virtual format only and may be viewed via a QR code at the performance when available.
