CSU Music Education hosts expert teacher Dr. Liza Meyers as she leads songs, games, and literacy activities from two methodologies that can be integrated in music instruction. This workshop is geared toward elementary music teachers; however, it will also be useful for secondary music teachers who want to strengthen their curriculum through singing, ear training, listening, and improvisation. “Attendees will come away with new ideas for repertoire and new activities to strengthen their music instruction,” described Bonnie Jacobi, coordinator of music education at CSU. Walk-ups are welcome, but pre-registration is preferred.
