  faculty artist Stanley Curtis performs Joseph Haydn’s famous trumpet co
 ncerto in E flat major\, as well as a piece Curtis wrote called “Night P
 assages.” The concert includes a collaboration with voice professor Erik
  Angerhofer on a work by Eric Ewazen. Curtis has developed a multi-faceted
  career as a trumpeter\, composer\, and early music specialist and recentl
 y retired from a 20-year career in the U.S. Navy Band.
