SUMMARY:Percussion Ensemble Concert
DESCRIPTION:This concert will be presented in-person and via livestream.\n\
 nThe Percussion Ensemble concert features a program of all percussion quar
 tets for a variety of percussion instruments. The students\, ranging from 
 Freshman to grad students\, perform “Credo in Us” by American composer
  John Cage\, “Marimba Quartet” by Eastman School of Music Professor Mi
 chael Burritt\, “DisArchitecture\,” a piece by Dave Hall inspired by "
 deconstructionist" architecture\, “Music for Pieces of Wood\,” a minim
 alist piece for marimba by Steve Reich followed by a reflective piece for 
 the same instrument: Transmigration by Phil Richardson\, and the ethereal 
 “Parallel” by Brian Nozny.\n\nNote:\nMasks are required for all patron
 s regardless of age in all areas of the UCA.\nPlease observe social distan
 cing of 6' between other patrons in all areas of the UCA.
