DESCRIPTION:Presented In-person and via Livestream\n\nJoin the Jazz Ensembl
 es I and II as they present an evening of compelling swing! Jazz Ensemble
  I\, directed by Will Swindler\, features music by the great Duke Ellingto
 n\, as well as three later jazz composers who took influence from the Duke
 : Charles Mingus\, Gil Evans\, and Thad Jones. This concert will be both 
 educational and extremely fun as we connect the music of a seminal America
 n composer with the development of bebop and modern jazz\, all in celebrat
 ion of the joy this music continues to deliver!
