DESCRIPTION:This annual event brings together the finest high school musici
 ans from the Rocky Mountain Region\, selected from hundreds of applicants 
 throughout the western United States. The three-day festival features gues
 t conductors and clinicians from across the country and is capped off with
  a performance by the High School Honor Band\, conducted by director of ba
 nds at the University of Oregon\, Rodney Dorsey.
