Per Colorado State University policies regarding COVID-19, all School of Music, Theatre, and Dance events and related activities are cancelled through May 15th.
CSU has no greater responsibility than the health of our students and broader community; therefore, these decisions have been made out of an abundance of caution due to the rapidly changing nature of this virus.

CSU’s Harmony Outreach Competition is a new way for music students to work together to create innovative programs aimed towards specific audiences in the community. This year, the competition will consist of multiple groups presenting music in an interactive presentation meant for children. At the competition, groups of CSU student musicians will audition for a panel of judges in front of a live audience at the University Center for the Arts. The winning group will receive a $1000 prize and will be featured in three outreach concerts in elementary for preschools in the community.
This is a competition for outreach designed for children, so it is so important that we have children at this event! Please bring your kids, and enjoy a fun afternoon of music performances and interaction.
Want to be a part of the first Harmony Outreach Competition at CSU? Students must be registered for MU 408 or MU 310 during Spring 2020, and must turn in all materials and information by March 15, 2020 to Jessica.Warner@colostate.edu.
