 mphony\, Mr. Pagano received a B.M. and M.M. from the Juilliard School in 
 1987\, and was a member of the San Francisco Ballet Orchestra for eight se
 asons. He has performed with numerous orchestras\, including the San Franc
 isco Symphony\, the Metropolitan Opera of New York\, the San Francisco Ope
 ra\, the Tanglewood Fellowship Orchestra\, and the Grand Teton Music Festi
 val Orchestra. Over his career\, he has performed non-classical musical st
 yles worldwide\, including Big Band\, Dixieland\, Salsa\, and Broadway wit
 h pop stars such as Liberace\, Sammy Davis Jr.\, Bob Hope\, and Johnny Mat
