DESCRIPTION:Colorado State University President Tony Frank will deliver the
  annual President’s Fall Address on Wednesday\, Oct. 3 on CSU’s histor
 ic Oval. In his address\, he will offer highlights of the past year and di
 scuss goals for the year ahead.\n\nThe university community is invited to 
 gather at the Oval at 11:15 a.m. with the Colorado State University Marchi
 ng Band. Frank will begin his comments at 11:30 a.m. from the south end of
  the Oval.\n\nImmediately following the address will be the annual campus-
 wide University Picnic\, celebrating the spirit and diversity of Colorado 
 State.
