DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe CSU Marching Band returns to the 2021 9NEWS Parade of L
 ights\, leading the annual event through the streets of downtown Denver on
  Saturday\, Dec. 4.\n\nThe Colorado State Marching Band is the only univer
 sity marching band to participate in the Parade of Lights and has led the 
 parade through the streets of downtown Denver for 13 years running! Celebr
 ating 120 years performing for Ram Fans\, the CSU Marching Band is a dynam
 ic student organization whose 175 members represent every college on campu
 s and over 50 different majors. Members of the CSU Marching Band hail from
  95 different high schools across 23 states. Joining the band is CAM the R
 am\, the CSU Ramhandlers\, and the CSU Spirit Squad.\n\nYou can also suppo
 rt the band during this hometown parade preview on the streets around the 
 University Center for the Arts on Thursday\, Dec. 2. Details about the pre
 view.\n\nParade watching in Denver\n\nThis year’s Parade of Lights takes
  place on Saturday\, Dec. 4 only. The two-mile parade begins at the Denver
  Civic Center\, and\, after winding through downtown\, concludes at the co
 rner of 14th Street and Glenarm Place.\n\nCSU’s musicians\, colorguard\,
  and Golden Poms\, joined by CSU Cheer and Cam the Ram\, will lead the num
 erous floats\, balloons\, and dozens of holiday characters as the only col
 legiate marching band in the parade.\n\nThe band will stop in front of the
  CSU Denver Center\, 475 17th St.\, to perform the fight song for alumni a
 nd Ram fans alike. Tickets for a reception and bleacher seating at the cen
 ter are available at alumni.colostate.edu.\n\n
