The Ralph Opera Program brings Rodger and Hammerstein’s masterpiece to life in this interdisciplinary production between CSU Music, Theatre, and Dance. Carousel is a sweeping tale of love, loss, and hope for redemption. When the carnival barker Billy Bigelow falls in love with mill worker Julie Jordan, their lives are intertwined by a whirlwind romance. However, as their dreams collide with hardship, the couple must confront their fears, wounds, and the tragic choices that shape a family’s legacy.
