SUMMARY:Brass Chamber Ensembles Concert /FREE
DESCRIPTION:CSU Brass Area students will be featured in an evening of chamb
 er music combining two previously postponed concert programs.\n\nThe first
  half of the concert will showcase undergraduate and graduate brass studen
 ts playing chamber pieces that are dramatic or connected to faded memories
  as a salute to Tennessee Williams’ famous play The Glass Menagerie.\n\n
 The second half features the CSU Trombone Studio in music composed and arr
 anged for trombone ensemble performed by both the full 16-person CSU Tromb
 one Choir\, as well as the CSU Trombone Octet. A wide variety of pieces wi
 ll be performed that showcase the beauty and versatility of the trombone e
 nsemble\, including works by Michael Terry\, Giovanni Gabrieli\, David Wil
 born\, James Naigus\, and Edvard Grieg.
