The vibrant learning environment fosters and supports creativity and growth while high standards of teaching, scholarship, performance and research are developed. We are pleased to offer small academic classes, applied study with highly qualified faculty, and careful attention to advising.

Our exceptional program comprises a variety of full-time Master of Music concentrations in Music Education, Music Therapy, Performance, and Conducting. In addition to our on-campus programs, we also offer select online programs and degrees.

With over 100 performance dates a year, performance opportunities are extensive and the department represents the arts on campus in a highly visible and prestigious environment.
